• Network hardware installing on remote sites
• Stock takes
• Quotes
• Server support
• Use helpdesk system
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Standby & after-hours support to end users
Requirements
The IT Technician – site support is responsible for providing IT Support at the assigned operational site. The role ensures availability, reliability and security of IT systems, minimizes downtime and supports end-users with day to day technical requirements to enable uninterrupted business operations.
