RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
? Assist in short and medium term mine planning and design
? Support drilling and blasting and production scheduling
? Monitor production performance, ore quality and grade control
? Track costs, productivity and process improvements
? Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance
? Prepare and maintain engineering reports and plans
CANDIDATE PROFILE (MIN REQUIRTEMENTS)
? BSc in Mining Engineering (essential); Honours (advantageous)
? Minimum 2 years? on-site mining experience, preferably in Chrome or similar commodities
? Valid South African driver?s license
? MS Office (Advanced), knowledge of Datamine beneficial
? Valid Code B Driver?s License
? Strong communication, planning, leadership and time management skills
