Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficient management of all stock and inventory held at Head Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the control, storage, receipt, issuing, and safeguarding of a wide range of items, including mining and engineering spare parts, consumables, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
The role requires strong inventory management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate stock records, regular stock counts, and effective warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Manager will work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Site Management teams to maintain optimal stock levels, support operational requirements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management within the mining, engineering, or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of stock control systems and inventory management principles.
Sound understanding of spare parts management and PPE control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/stock management systems. (CYSPRO an advantage)
Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
