Qualifications

Degree or Diploma qualification advantageous.

Contract Management qualification advantageous.

Project Management qualification advantageous.

Experience

8–10 years’ experience in mining, materials handling, bulk earthworks, or contract mining.

Proven experience in commercial and contract management.

Experience in pricing, tendering, and cost modelling.

Experience managing client relationships within the mining sector.

Exposure to site operations and project mobilisation.

Technical Skills

Commercial modelling and pricing.

Tender preparation and bid management.

Contract negotiation.

Budgeting and forecasting.

Operational planning.

Client relationship management.

Strong understanding of mining equipment and operational costs.
