Contract Manager (Opencast Mining Operation) (Copy)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract & Compliance Oversight
• Measurement, Valuation & Certification
• Production Oversight & Enablement
• Mechanical Availability Oversight
• Contract Management
• Change / Variation / Claims Handling
• Data & Trend Analytics
• Liaise with client (Operational + Commercial forums)
• Document control & governance
• Enforce and oversee corrective action from Site Manager
• Ensure compliance with all required documentation: Income per Hour, Month‑end packs, overtime and leave control, weekly cost meetings, predictions and any other documents/presentations required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Business degree will be advantageous
• Strong contract administration experience.
• Experience in mining/earthmoving environments.
• Ability to analyse production, hours, and availability trends.
• Strong document discipline and communication skills.
