  • We provide recruitment, headhunting, pre-employment screening, HR consulting, organizational development, and executive search services, primarily for the mining industry in South Africa (North-West, Northern Cape, Limpopo, Free State, Gauteng, Western Cape, Mpumalanga) and Internationally (e.g., Canada).
  • Clients: We help you find qualified candidates for junior to senior roles, with service details outlined in separate agreements.
  • Candidates: You can browse job listings and apply for roles via our website, with secure, POPIA-compliant processes. All personal information is collected only for recruitment and HR purposes, and we implement reasonable security measures to protect it.
  • We aim to deliver high-quality matches but cannot guarantee specific hiring outcomes or job placements.

2. Website Usage

  • Permitted Use: You may use our website to view job listings, submit job applications, post job openings, or send inquiries. All information provided must be accurate and complete.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not misuse the website, such as by submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, or violating South African laws.
  • Availability: We strive to keep the website operational but may suspend or modify it for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.

3. Job Applications

  • Process: Candidates must apply through our online form, providing a CV and consenting to data processing under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Applications without consent will not be processed.
  • Purpose and Data Minimization: We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our recruitment and HR services. Your information is used solely for these purposes.
  • Data Sharing: With your consent, we may share your information with potential employers or post job listings on social media (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to attract candidates. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
  • Security: We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

  • Consent for Data Handling: By submitting candidate information to us, clients confirm they have obtained the necessary consent to share such information for recruitment purposes.
  • Fees: Service fees and payment terms will be specified in a separate client agreement. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, logos, and designs, belongs to Gold HR & Recruitment Solutions or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from your use of our website or services, including delays, inaccuracies in job listings, or unsuccessful placements.
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services, as permitted by South African law.

7. Third-Party Platforms
