Lead Process Engineer (Mineral Processing)

CANDIDATE PROFILE (MIN REQUIRTEMENTS)

• BSc / Beng in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• Project management qualification/certificate
• 10 years’ experience in mineral process plant design with strong exposure to Chrome beneficiation and PGM flotation circuits
• Proven experience in feasibility project management
• Strong metallurgical fundamentals, strong problem solving and analytical skills, project execution mindset, risk based decision making, clear technical communication, strong stakeholder management ability

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Process plant design
• Design and construction project management
• Completion of scoping to feasibility studies
• Oversee metallurgical test work and development programs
• Technical projects execution
• On site data collection for process optimisation
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee implementation of new technologies and support operations
• Deliver technical reports
